VIEWING COLLABORATORS
Students from partner courses take part in the selection process for the films entered each year, watching the films and recording their opinions.
KINO NIGHT
Participating schools nominate a group of students to take part in this audiovisual production competition. It all begins on Friday the 21st: participants are given a theme to inspire their work and have three days to complete their projects. The screening takes place outdoors at the Cinemateca Brasileira.
SHORT CRITIC
A workshop aimed at audiovisual students, which seeks to encourage reflection on contemporary short-film production, whilst contributing to the development, production and dissemination of written work during the Festival.
This year, film critic Sérgio Rizzo returns to coordinate the project. The students’ essays are published on the blog http://kinoforum.org.br/criticacurta.
MAKING OF
Every year, a group of audiovisual students is selected to produce the ‘Making Of’ documentary for Kinoforum, with support from the Festival team.
